It will nourish your feeling of having enough to relax and rest, support the growth of your confidence in balance, and allow you to begin and/ or end your day in a ventral vagal state- grounded, curious and connected.
Softening the Exhale- Balancing Breath
This practice will allow you to soften just enough to bring balance to your breath and into your body.
I invite you to listen to the practice daily if that is doable for you. If daily practice feels like too much then I would love to invite you to listen to/ do the practice once every few days- as the moon moves through each Zodiac sign and try to practice once during each sign.

You also begin to attune to the rhythms of nature and gain a deeper understanding of your place in the cosmos and how to bring the most potent and powerful energy possible to what you wish to create in your life.
